Full Wedding Planning
This is our complete works full wedding planning package, from audition through to the curtain call.
It includes a majority of your wedding tasks (see below) as well as our on-the-day emergency kit and a consultant for 10 hours on the day of the wedding. Our initial consultation is free with no -obligation so we can see how well we can work together. We will manage your budget to ensure you stick to it at all times and we also provide a list of post-wedding tasks. This service is very unique to each couple so we will provide a personal quote after the initial consultation.
Free Initial Consultation
An initial meeting to discuss your thoughts and ideas and to assist with which package is best for you.
Free Wedding Website
A wedding website that has up to 5 pages that can include things such as your invitation, RSVPs, full details, wedding party etc. NB extra costs may apply depending on requirements
Venue Visit
We can visit your last few venue choices with you to help make the final choice.
Budget Planning
Once we have an idea of your budget we can plan this for you and advise on how much you have to spend on each area of your wedding. We will revisit this regularly to ensure you are staying within your budget at all times. We will keep track of all invoices, receipts and payment deadlines letting you know as and when these need to be paid.
All wedding admin
It takes 200 - 300 hours to organise a wedding so as you can imagine there is a lot of admin involved. We will make sure all this paperwork is kept organised and up to date and you are kept in the loop when you wish to be.
On the day emergency kit
We have a kit for emergencies that has everything in it that might be needed during your day for you and your guests.
Email & Phone Support
We will provide full email and telephone support during the planning process and be your one point of contact for everything and you will always be our priority. Regular updates will be scheduled for you, how often you want the, but ask us anything, anytime.
Steps to plan a wedding
We will give you a priority list of all the tasks you need to do in order to plan your wedding.
Supplier Source
We can source any suppliers you need to your specifications and budget and we can also negotiate deals on your behalf and ask the right questions saving you lots of time and money.
Guest Invites & Admin
We can deal with everything to do with your guests including save the dates, invitations, guest list and RSVPs, transport, accommodation and welcome packs.
All logistics
A wedding needs a lot of logistical organisation, we will take care of all of this from making sure suppliers come in the right order on the day to moving you and your guests about to ensure nothing is missed.
Detailed on the day timeline
We will develop a minute-by-minute itinerary of the entire day down to the finest detail. A copy of this is sent to everyone that has a role in the day and we will use this to make sure everything runs smoothly.
In-depth Planning Meeting
Depending on the package you will have detailed planning session(s) to thrash out all your ideas and dreams so we can create your perfect day.
Venue Source
We know all the venues in the local area and have visited most so we can advise on which ones fit your dream criteria. We know all the right questions to ask your venue so no stone is unturned.
Wedding Etiquette
Any traditions you wish to follow or history of why things are usually done that way, we can advise.
Liaise with venue & suppliers
We will keep in constant contact will all your venue and all your suppliers to enusre nothign has changed. We will deal with all contracts and admin involved.
On the day set up
We will always ensure everything is set up correctly at the start of the day.
Dedicated on the day planner
One of our team will be dedicated to your special day for 10 hours, it is your choice which 10 hours you choose us to be there. You can purchase extra hours here
